What’s the Difference Between a Celebration and a Party?

Celebrations are welcome here. That means you and the guests listed on your reservation gather to make memories, relax, and enjoy time together. We even offer special add-ons like birthday surprises — complete with a custom banner, chocolate-covered strawberries, and a decadent birthday cake waiting for you when you arrive.

We’ve seen guests moved to tears walking into a thoughtfully decorated space designed just for their special moment.

Our properties are designed for relaxation, not loud gatherings.
Please remember:

No DJs or live bands
No excessive noise (keep it under 75 dB during the day and 70 dB after 10 PM)
No glitter, confetti, or taped decorations

Parties Are Not Allowed
A party is when people not on your reservation show up, causing:

Loud noise or music
Overflowing trash
Parking issues
Neighbor disturbances

We take this seriously. We use noise monitoring technology (read more about that on our safety and security page), have neighbors who notify us, and live just down the street ourselves. Our local police respond quickly to unauthorized events.

If you host an unauthorized party:

Your reservation will be canceled immediately
All guests will be required to leave
You will lose your payment and your security deposit
