After booking, you will receive a text or email from Truvi guiding you through a simple, secure online process. Please complete these steps within 48 hours to confirm your reservation.

This helps ensure the person checking in matches the booking and helps prevent fraud. It takes just a few minutes and provides peace of mind for both of us.
Short-Term Rental Agreement
You'll sign our Rental Agreement digitally through Truvi. This agreement outlines house rules designed to make your stay safe, enjoyable, and respectful to the neighborhood.

If you have concerns, no problem—you have 48 hours to cancel for a full refund minus a 3% processing fee, if you didn’t book through Airbnb.

Need to Cancel? Here’s What to Expect

We understand that life happens—illness, family emergencies, travel delays, or bad weather can interrupt your plans.

While we can’t refund last-minute cancellations outside of our cancellation policy, you can cancel within 48 hours of booking for a full refund minus a small 3% processing fee (if you booked through our site or sites like VRBO). Refunds are typically processed within 7 days.
