Parties Are Not Allowed

We take this seriously. We use noise-monitoring technology, have neighbors who notify us, and live just down the street ourselves. Our local police respond quickly to unauthorized events.

If you host an unauthorized party:

• Your reservation will be canceled immediately
• All guests will be required to leave
• You will lose your payment and your security deposit.

When you invite people not included on your reservation, that's a party, and those are prohibited, and you agree to this in our reservation process.

Please remember:

• No DJs or live bands
• No excessive noise (keep it under 75 dB during the day and 70 dB after 10 PM)
• No glitter, confetti, or taped decorations
• No Loud noise or music
• No overflowing trash
• No Parking issues
• No Neighbor disturbances
