• Smoke sensors to enforce our no-smoking policy (These sensors detect any form of smoking, so please follow our strict no-smoking rule.)
• Noise sensors to help us protect the peaceful atmosphere of our neighborhood
  (These sensors monitor volume levels only—they never record conversations.)

You will find tools to deal with a fire - we trust that won't happen, but we'd rather have them and not need them than need them and not have them.

• Fire Blanket – hanging to the right side of the grill is the easiest fire-fighting tool
• Pull it from its pouch
• Unfold the fiberglass blanket
• Place it on the fire to extinguish

Our fully fenced garden is designed for relaxation and enjoyment. As a guest, you are fully responsible for supervising children around the pool, on the deck, and in the yard at all times. There is no lifeguard on duty. We provide a pool alarm that you can use, but there is nothing that beats an alert adult.

Please do not disconnect or remove the pool cleaner to ensure a clean and sanitary pool. Please read and follow the pool rules.

This adheres to the guidelines set by booking channels for professional management companies, such as Miami Vacation Stays. It may be something you haven't experienced before on this platform, because most hosts are not professional management companies.

We take our guests' safety and property security seriously, which is why we require all guests to complete a verification process with our partner Truvi. The simple process takes just a few minutes online and helps us detect fraudulent reservations and combat human trafficking.



You’ll be asked to:

• Sign the Short-Term Rental Agreement

We do not accept mail or package deliveries at the property. We recommend using the Miami Shores or Little River post offices or a local PO Box rental. Contact us if you’d like help arranging this.

We love our tropical Miami setting, but remember, this is Florida. You may spot lizards, iguanas, or the occasional bug. We provide regular pest control services, but sightings can still occur. Please report any concerns so we can address them promptly. Help us keep the home secure by keeping doors closed.
