    The best way to check availability is to enter your dates directly on the booking page. If your dates are open, you’ll be able to request or complete your reservation right away.

  • Can I see the property before booking?

    We do not offer in-person previews before arrival. The listing photos, floor plan, and guest reviews are intended to give you a clear sense of the layout, style, and amenities.

  • Can I stay long-term?

    Please ask before booking. Longer stays may be limited and can require additional screening or documentation.

Pricing, Payments, and Policies

  • Can you offer a discount?

    Pricing depends on season, demand, length of stay, and booking channel fees. Feel free to ask, and we’ll let you know if there’s any flexibility for your dates.

  • Does the total price include everything?

    Your booking platform calculates the nightly rate, taxes, and platform fees. 


    If you change the number of guests or add optional extras, the total may adjust.

  • Are there extra guest charges?

    Possibly. If your group size changes, the booking total may increase depending on the number of guests and the length of stay.


    We're also happy to help you book attractions, add on property services, etc. Those are additional charges. 

  • Do you collect the full payment up front?

    Yes. Payment is collected at the time of booking, subject to the cancellation terms shown for your reservation.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Cancellation terms depend on the reservation, but guests often ask this before booking, and we’re happy to clarify the exact policy that applies to your stay before you confirm.

  • Are pets allowed?

    Yes — dogs are allowed.

  • Are all pets allowed?

    No. The Oasis allows dogs only, and guests are asked to review the pet rules before booking.

  • Is there a pet fee?

    Yes. In the Cottage threads, guests were told there is a pet fee of $35 per dog per night, plus a refundable pet deposit.


    Of course, Service Dogs stay for free, although we will report the misrepresentation of a pet as a service dog to the State. 

  • How many dogs can we bring?

    We allow two dogs in the Oasis. 

  • Is the yard good for dogs?

    Is the yard good for dogs?

    Yes — this is one of the Oasis' strongest selling points for pet owners. The garden is enclosed with a 6' fence.

Pets

After Booking

  • What happens after I reserve?

    After booking, you will be asked to complete a few pre-arrival steps, such as guest verification and check-in details. Once those are complete, your reservation is confirmed, and arrival instructions are sent before check-in.

  • Why do I need guest verification?

    Guest verification is part of the reservation process and helps protect both guests and the property. The online process takes just a few minutes. 


    Verification helps us combat human trafficking and fraudulent reservations. 


    We’ll send you the link and instructions after the reservation.

  • Can I ask questions before arrival?

    Absolutely. We’re happy to help with planning, logistics, and anything else that helps you feel prepared before your trip.

Arrival and Check-In

  • What time is check-in?

    Standard check-in is 4:00 PM. 

  • What time is check-out?

    Standard check-out is 10:00 AM.

  • Can I request early check-in?

    Yes — you can reserve an early check-in on the guest portal, if the calendar and cleaning schedule allow it. 


    We’ll confirm your early check-in a week before your arrival.

  • Can I request late check-out?

    Yes — you can reserve an late check-out on the guest portal, if the calendar and cleaning schedule allow it. 


    We’ll confirm your late check-out when you arrive.

  • Can I book same-day and check in right away?

    Sometimes, yes. Same-day arrivals may be possible, but they depend on availability, cleaning status, and completion of our required pre-arrival steps, which may make your check-in time later than 4 pm. 

  • What is the check-in process like?

    Check-in is designed to be simple and smooth. Guests receive arrival instructions before check-in, and all guests are welcomed with a quick walkthrough of the home.

  • How many bathrooms are there?

    Miami Pool Oasis has 3 full bathrooms, plus an outdoor shower by the pool.

  • How many showers are there?

    There are 3 indoor shower/tub bathrooms and 1 outdoor shower.

  • Will everyone sleep comfortably?

  • What is the maximum occupancy?

    The maximum occupancy is 10 guests.

  • Can you help with birthdays, graduations, or special occasions?

    Yes. Miami Pool Oasis is a popular choice for birthdays, reunions, and milestone trips, and we may be able to help with special touches.


    We love to work with our guests to decorate the Oasis for Birthday, Graduation or Engagement Celebrations. Book them on your guest portal.

Parking and Getting Around

  • Is parking available?

    Yes. Parking is available for 3 cars on site.

  • How many cars can park at the property?

    There is space for up to 3 vehicles.

  • Does the Oasis have an EV charger?

    Yes. Miami Pool Oasis has a Level 2 EV charger. Book it on your guest portal.

  • Is the home convenient if we’re driving around Miami?

    Yes. Many guests find the location easy for getting around the city and nearby neighborhoods.

    Please lock the front door with your code, and have a safe trip home.
