But We Only Accept Dogs
We love welcoming dogs to our properties, but we ask that all pet parents follow our required approval process and pet policy to ensure the best experience for everyone—guests, pets, and neighbors alike.
Requires Pre-Approval
Before booking, please contact us to request approval for your dog. Our insurance policy prohibits certain breeds, and we do not accept any pets other than dogs.
Arriving with an unapproved dog or breaking these policies will result in the immediate cancellation of your booking, removal from the property, and loss of your booking fee and pet deposit.
Pet Fees & Deposits
Pet Fee: $35 per dog, per night
Refundable Pet Deposit: $500 hold on your credit card (separate from your pet fee)
Dog rules during your stay
- Never leave your dog unattended
- Crating is not permitted. Your dog must stay with you at all times.
- Keep your dog leashed or under reliable verbal control
- We will ask you to remove your dog if it is unmanageable or not house-trained.
- No indoor potty pads
- Please take your dog outside for bathroom breaks.
- Clean up after your dog immediately.
- Bag waste and dispose of it in the outdoor trash can on the side of the house.
- Keep dogs off furniture and counters
- No dogs on sofas, chairs, beds, or kitchen counters, please.
- Use your own pet supplies
- Do not use our kitchenware or utensils for your dog.
Service Animals
- May not be left unattended at any time, even in a crate.
- Must be leashed or under reliable verbal control at all times.
- Must be housebroken.
- No indoor potty pads.
- Pick up waste immediately.
- No access to furniture or counters unless specifically needed for your disability—please notify us if this applies so we can prepare additional cleaning.
Misrepresentation Warning
Falsely claiming a pet as a service animal is illegal in Florida. Verified fraud will result in:
- Immediate removal without refund
- Reporting to authorities as required by law
